It’s that bluebell time of year! A relatively short ride (19k, 12 miles) Grade 1 ride to see the bluebelles in Woolley Woods. It is mostly on well surfaced trails, all the climbing is in the first half of the ride and we’ll probably be walking through the woods to admire the swathes of bluebells. There’s no planned cafe stop so bring a snack. If you feel the cold bring an extra layer to keep warm whilst lingering in the woods. The ride will start at Hillsborough Park and finish at the canal basin (cafe for anyone wanting one). I’m happy to accompany anyone back to Hillsborough park on quiet roads and cycle lanes if unfamiliar with the route.

The ride distance is 91 km (57 miles) with 1452 m (4764 feet) of climbing.
