Message from Barry, 11th February 2018. “Due to another cancellation, there is a vacancy for one person either male or female on the Stratford on Avon weekend. I will leave this vacancy open for two weeks and if nobody comes forward then I will reduce the number from 46 to 45. All the places on the acceleration to Derby have been taken so anyone taking this place will need to:
1 Cycle the full distance, or
2 Use the trains between Sheffield and Derby, or
3 Drive down to Stratford.

Head along to Giant Store Sheffield to listen to an inspirational tale of the journey of two home-grown female cyclists who endured 19 days of riding to conquer the Transcontinental Race earlier this year, including a Q&A session and the usual Giant Store Sheffield hospitalities. The Sheffield CTC AGM is going to be held in the upstairs room of the Fat Cat pub in Kelham Island (23 Alma St, Sheffield S3 8SA) from 7 pm on Wednesday, October 25th. Food will be available.
